Winners will be selected based on how each story embodies one or more of the following attributes:
Even a simple act can have a great impact. Your hero helps the community whether or not they are recognized.

“You’re going to make a difference. A lot of times it won’t be huge, it won’t be visible even. But it will matter just the same.”

- Commissioner Gordon
Your nominee didn’t become a peace officer without a calling to serve their community and stand up where others won’t.

“I will fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.”

- Wonder Woman
Celebrate your hero's personality by how they think quickly on their feet and work with their own strengths to serve others.

“Heroes are made by the path they choose, not the powers they are graced with.”

- Iron Man
Despite the stressors of policing, there is room for hope, and officers continue to maintain their commitment and show up every day.

“There’s room in our line of work for hope, too.”

- Bat Girl

Winners will be asked to send in a picture and a few details about themselves so our artist can bring their story and likeness to life.

Nominate a fellow officer along with one of their stories of heroism.
